Term Time Only Part time - 9 hours per weekGDST Support Staff Grade 3 - £27,171 (£5,293 pro rata)
** An inspirational and enthusiastic Rowing Coach is required to assist with training our crews from J14 to Senior. The successful candidate will possess an excellent knowledge of rowing as well as coaching experience.
The role will involve coaching our crews during term time on two afternoons a week (Tuesday and Thursday approximately 1pm-3.40pm) and Saturday mornings for beginners and more experienced rowers. This will be a total of 9 hours per week.
This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate with a clear passion for rowing coaching to assist with the competitive performance of our 40 rowers at all levels across the school. Ideally you will have performed or coached to a high standard and will possess at least a British Rowing Coaching Level 2 (or working towards) and RYA Powerboat level 2.
The ability to drive a school minibus is also advantageous as pupils need to be transported from school to the boathouse.
The total hours per week are to be worked flexibly across the school year, based on rowing conditions and regattas.
