Brighton Aldridge Community Academy (BACA) is seeking an experienced Safeguarding Officer and Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead to join our Inclusion team. You will lead safeguarding provision, coordinate interventions, and work with staff, families and external partners to ensure student safety and wellbeing.
In addition, you will serve as Lead First Aider, oversee medical records, coordinate training, and ensure compassionate care for students throughout the day.
