As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you'll work alongside experienced teachers to support students both in and out of the classroom. You'll help deliver engaging lessons, provide one‑to‑one and small group support, and encourage students to achieve their full potential academically and personally.

• Support students individually and in small groups during lessons.
• Help deliver engaging learning activities across a range of subjects.
• Provide additional support to students with SEND or those who need extra encouragement.
• Build positive relationships with students to promote confidence and engagement.
• Assist teachers with classroom preparation and behaviour management.
• Contribute to creating a positive, inclusive learning environment.

• A degree in any subject.
• An interest in education and supporting young people.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive, proactive, and adaptable approach.
• Experience working with children or young people is desirable but not essential.
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
