Placement and Employment Coach (Construction Trades)

2 x 0.5 roles (or full‑time equivalent considered) 18.5 hours per week x 2 roles or 37 hours x 1 role. Fixed‑term to 31 March 2027 (potential extension). Salary £25,255 - £27,373 per annum (£12,627 - £13,686 per annum if part time).
What you’ll be doing- Coach and support students to prepare for, secure, and succeed in industry placements.
- Work closely with curriculum teams to align placements with learning outcomes.
- Coordinate and monitor placements, ensuring strong attendance, engagement, and progress.
- Build relationships with employers to support student opportunities and experiences.
- Provide ongoing guidance and pastoral support to ensure every learner gains confidence, skills, and real‑world insight.
