Academics is seeking a dedicated Special Needs Learning Support Assistant for Burgess Hill, West Sussex. You will support pupils with complex needs, helping them access learning, build independence and achieve meaningful outcomes within a nurturing school environment.
Ideally you will have SEN experience, demonstrate patience and resilience, and work well within a multidisciplinary team. The role runs Monday to Friday, term-time only, 08:45 to 16:00, with PAYE and daily rate 93–105 GBP.
