Academics in Thatcham is seeking a motivated university graduate to join a Specialist School as a Mental Health and Behaviour Support Assistant. The role supports children aged 4-16 with SEMH challenges, including ADHD, anxiety, trauma, and attachment issues, in a small class setting.
You will work with teachers, therapists and support staff to deliver targeted education and interventions, encouraging progress, managing behaviours, and using trauma-informed approaches to build students' learning
