Secondary Teachers | Flexible Supply & Long-Term Opportunities

Are you a qualified Secondary Teacher looking for flexible supply work or your next long-term teaching opportunity? Teach is currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Secondary Teachers to work in a variety of schools and academies. We have opportunities available across all subject specialisms, offering day-to-day supply, short-term, long-term and permanent positions. Whether you're an experienced teacher or an Early Career Teacher (ECT), we'll work with you to find roles that match your experience, subject specialism and availability.

Working

Hours
  • Monday to Friday
  • Typical school hours: 8:15am - 3:30pm (may vary by school)

Your Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging lessons within your subject specialism
  • Plan, prepare and assess lessons where required
  • Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Manage behaviour in line with school policies
  • Work collaboratively with teaching and support staff
  • Follow all safeguarding procedures
Requirements
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
  • Experience teaching in UK secondary schools
  • Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • A flexible and professional approach
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
Salary

Competitive rates of pay, dependent on experience, qualifications and the responsibilities of each role.
