Lecturer in Pharmacology
Salary on appointment will be £38,784 per annum, with an annual increment up to £46,049 per annum.The School of Chemistry, Pharmacy and Pharmacology at the University of East Anglia is seeking to appoint to a fixed-term teaching focussed position to support the Head of School. You will have experience of teaching pharmacology and related subjects at undergraduate level. You will join a collegial, supportive department with an innovative teaching environment and a passion for excellence in research and teaching.

You will be able to demonstrate a student focused approach to teaching and will develop teaching activities that promote connectivity between our research and teaching activities, together with creating students who think creatively and critically.

• Knowledge and experience in receptor pharmacology.
• Willingness to supervise undergraduate research students.
• Teaching and lecturing skills for undergraduate students across the MPharm, PDD BSc and MSc programmes in the School. Your expertise is crucial for delivering research-led teaching for different cohorts of students in the School.
• Administrative skill sets to undertake various administrative roles within the School.
