Norwich City College is seeking a proactive Employment Job Coach to support General Enterprise learners at Easton Campus, helping them develop skills, confidence and experience to move into employment. The role is 0.5
FTE, 18.5 hours per week, term time.
You will work closely with the Lecturer to deliver the E2 Gateway Enterprise Qualification, mentor students, arrange meaningful work experiences and build links with local employers to create placement pathways.
