Sprowston Community Academy is inviting applications for a Cover Supervisor to support pupils in and out of the classroom. The role involves supervising whole classes during short-term absence of teachers and working under the guidance of teaching staff and the Cover Manager.
Ideally candidates will have classroom experience, a passion for working with young people, and strong communication and behaviour management skills.
