Head of Service – Music Service & Music Hub

Rate: Negotiable day rate, Inside IR35

Duration: 3–6 months

Working Pattern: Hybrid, with approximately 2 days per week onsite and occasional travel required

We are seeking an experienced and inspirational Head of Service – Music Service & Music Hub to provide strategic and operational leadership across a high-profile music education service.

This is an exciting opportunity for a senior leader with a strong understanding of music education, arts development and partnership working to shape and develop music education provision, working closely with schools, education settings, cultural organisations and wider stakeholders.

The successful candidate will provide clear strategic direction while ensuring the delivery of high-quality, accessible and inclusive music education opportunities for children and young people.
