Contract:
Permanent, 37 hours per week, 40 weeks per year.

As a school we are in an exciting phase of school development with a committed team and amazing children.

Student welfare is at the heart of all we do. We are looking for an individual who is child and family focused with excellent knowledge of safeguarding and attendance. The successful candidate will have experience leading safeguarding and attendance as well as being able to demonstrate the ability to work with a range of families from diverse backgrounds.

We want someone who has fun, creative ideas to continue our attendance drive, making sure children are not only attending school but also thriving when in school. The ability to form strong relationships with children, as well as a willingness to work with groups of children and lead whole school assemblies will be really beneficial to the role.
