Brava Education is working with a special school in the Thames Valley seeking an experienced Interim Inclusion Lead to support SEND and inclusion work, with a focus on EHCPs.
The role is full-time and on-site, five days a week, with an immediate start and a contract running to Christmas 2026. You will lead and review EHCPs, helping clear the backlog and build capacity across SEND processes. Some light teaching support may be involved, but leadership experience is essential.
