ERSG Ltd is supporting a client in recruiting a Solar O&M Technician to service a portfolio of solar assets, including commercial & industrial sites and utility‑scale farms up to 5MW. The role covers Norwich and the surrounding area.
Responsibilities include fault-finding and servicing inverters, SCADA and MODBUS (TCP/IP); you will investigate communication issues with critical systems and may work overtime with enhanced pay for out‑of‑hours and Sundays.
