We are seeking an experienced Senior Structural Engineer for a full-time hybrid role based in Norwich. The role involves designing and analyzing structural engineering projects, preparing calculations and reports, and working on complex engineering challenges. Additional responsibilities include overseeing junior engineers and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality results. Some work‑from‑home flexibility is available for this position.

• Proficiency in Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering, with a solid understanding of core principles and relevant standards.
• Strong skills in Structural Analysis and carrying out detailed engineering calculations for various projects.
• Expertise in Computer‑Aided Design (CAD) tools to create and review accurate mechanical and structural designs.
• Leadership experience in managing project teams and mentoring junior engineers.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members.
• Chartered status or working towards chartership is a strong advantage.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering.
• Familiarity with historical restoration projects would be beneficial.
