Oversee the development of product solutions, ensuring seamless integration into customer vehicles and industrial equipment. Requirements Management:
Lead the definition and decomposition of technical targets between motors, controllers, and software. Project Leadership:
Take ownership of technical delivery-ensuring projects are completed on time, to cost, and to high quality standards. Technical Mentorship:
Coach and mentor a team of systems engineers, fostering professional growth and process improvement. Stakeholder Management:
