• Coordinate and execute complex infrastructure projects.
• Act as an intermediary between colleagues from Logistics, Production, Finance, and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate with all stakeholders (suppliers, customers, internal departments) to manage deliveries.
• Purchase services including road and water transport.
• Handle daily administrative tasks to ensure on‑time delivery and desired margins.
• Update backlog and planning for future forecasts as required.
• Inform customers about project progress.
• Handle invoices: prepare, review, and send to clients, ensuring accuracy of details and timely payment.

• Strong project management skill set.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing project requirements.
• Excellent written and oral English communication.
• Effective time management and deadline compliance.
• Inquisitive and challenging mindset.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Project.
• Great presentation skills and persuasive style.
• Valid right to live and work in the UK.
