  • Lead the delivery of multiple projects from concept to completion.
  • Oversee project quality, resources, budgets, and client communication.
  • Act as a key client contact, nurturing existing relationships and developing new ones.
  • Drive innovation, design excellence, and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Contribute to business development and support the wider growth strategy.
  • Inspire, mentor, and guide junior engineers to achieve their full potential.

You’re a chartered (or near-chartered) engineer who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys balancing technical delivery and leadership
.

You’ll bring:

  • Proven experience leading design teams within a consultancy environment.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • The ability to manage resources, deadlines, and commercial objectives.
  • A positive, people-first approach to mentoring and leadership.
  • A passion for innovative, sustainable engineering design.

Above all, you’re a motivator — someone who leads by example, values collaboration, and strives to leave a positive impact through your work.

🎁
What’s on Offer

  • Clear path to Associate / Associate Director level for the right individual.
  • Comprehensive professional development and chartership support.
  • A collaborative culture built on trust, creativity, and technical excellence.
  • Competitive benefits and company-wide initiatives supporting wellbeing and growth.
