We are looking for a Vessel Manager to help in the management of day‑to‑day activities and ensure high levels of operational availability.

As a member of the vessel management team, you will assist with the planning of technical upgrades, modifications, and major vessel maintenance works in close cooperation with the technical maintenance team. You will also ensure compliance with all statutory requirements issued by Flag State Administrations, Class Societies, and other regulatory authorities.

• Demonstrate clear leadership in relation to the promotion of safety, compliance, and protection of the environment.
• Plan, submit, and manage assigned vessel budgets and associated Significant Expenditure Authorisations.
• Develop and maintain relevant procedures of the company’s management system and fleet/vessel‑specific documentation in accordance with statutory requirements and industry guidelines.
• Support marine and technical investigations when required and define corrective action plans in the event of failures in cooperation with relevant parties.
• Work in close cooperation with Marine HR on all matters related to the crewing of the designated vessel(s), including recruitment, appraisals, personal development plans, and promotions.

We are looking for a well‑organised profile who displays strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

• Experience with in similar vessel operations, marine or offshore discipline preferred.
• Experience in marine/offshore/construction operations.
• Experience in Wind Turbine Installation Vessel (WTIV) operations desirable.
• Experience in technical budgeting and management thereof.
• Experience in leadership and/or supervisory role(s).
• Proficiency in computer software skills, including MS Office applications.
• Fluent in written and oral English.

Our company is headquartered in Copenhagen, with additional offices in Vejle, the UK, US, and Taiwan, and colleagues working offshore aboard our fleet of Wind Turbine Generator (WTG) installation vessels.
