- Carry out planned maintenance, fault diagnosis, and repairs across a variety of lifts and stairlifts
- Respond promptly to breakdowns and call-out requests, ensuring minimal downtime for customers
- Complete thorough risk assessments and accurately update site records and log cards
- Take part in the on-call rota, including standby duties and emergency call-outs
- NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering (or an equivalent recognised qualification)
- Demonstrable experience working as a Lift Engineer, including servicing and repairs
- Strong knowledge of lift systems, safety standards, and industry best practices
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
- 25 days + bank holidays
