Our client is currently seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to join their expanding team in Norwich.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide project management and client liaison to ensure successful delivery of projects

Support marketing and business development initiatives to drive repeat work Oversee project engineers and provide mentorship and guidance

Utilise software such as Civil 3D, Site 3D, CAD, PDS, and FLOW for drainage in project work Contribute to the successful design and implementation of residential developments, including single dwellings and large-scale units

Work on a variety of projects in the industrial, health, education, and supermarket sectors

Collaborate with internal teams and clients to maintain high standards of service delivery

Ensure clear progression routes towards an Associate role are supported and achieved

Job Requirements:

Significant experience in civil engineering within the highways sector

Strong proficiency in Causeway FLOW and infrastructure project management

Experience with software such as Civil 3D, Site 3D, CAD, and PDSProven track record of managing and delivering residential development projects

Excellent client liaison and communication skills

Ability to support marketing and business development efforts

Experience in mentoring and overseeing project engineers

Flexibility to work in a hybrid model with an expectation of approximately 3 days per week in the office
