Are you a Health & Safety Advisor looking to develop your career within civil engineering and infrastructure projects? Do you want to play a key role in improving safety performance across major civil engineering works? If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Our client, a well-established civil engineering contractor, is looking to appoint a Health & Safety Advisor to support delivery across a range of civil engineering and infrastructure projects.

• Support the development and implementation of health and safety systems across civil engineering projects
• Promote a proactive safety culture across site teams and project delivery functions
• Ensure all works are delivered in line with current HSE legislation and company procedures
• Carry out regular site inspections and audits across active project sites
• Identify, record, and track non-conformances (NCRs) through to effective close-out
• Assist in incident investigations, including root cause analysis and lessons learned
• Support the introduction of new processes, technologies, and safe working practices
• Liaise with site teams, engineers, and management to maintain high safety standards

• Experience working with health and safety management systems (ISO
  45001 preferred)
• NEBOSH qualification (or equivalent)
• CSCS card
• Driving licence

• Work on a variety of long-term civil engineering and infrastructure projects
• Join a contractor with a strong pipeline of civil engineering work
