Workshop Controller

Norwich Full Time Up to £32,000 DOE per annum

Due to continued expansion, we are currently recruiting for an experienced Workshop Controller to join the team at our Norwich branch.

The branch carries out all aspects of fast fit work including tyres, alignments, batteries, brakes, exhausts, in addition to servicing and MOTs and mobile fitting operations.

• Liaising with customers to arrange the diary and confirming appointments via phone and email
• Assign and oversee daily workshop activity
• Assist with fitting and repair work across the workshop
• Liaise with the Branch and Assistant Manager to maximise productivity and output
• Assist with compliance in line with Company policies, procedures and HR/H&S legislation

This role is 45 hours per week within our operating hours and salary is negotiable dependant on experience.

• Ability to commute/relocate to Norwich, Norfolk: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
• Experience:
  
  workshop supervisor: 2 years (preferred)
