Overview

Mortgage Advisor - Norwich & Wroxham PRIMIS Mortgage Network are looking to recruit an experienced Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join a well established Mortgage Advisory business that operates alongside an independent Estate Agency group. The Estate Agency business has multiple long established branches across Norfolk and is well regarded. The mortgage business is an Appointed Representative Partner Firm (AR) of PRIMIS Mortgage Network’s Mortgage Advisory operation.

The firm is now looking for a further experienced Advisor with CAS who needs a high volume and high quality lead source. The role is either Self Employed or Employed – whichever is preferred.

• The SE splits are 60% on leads provided (in the advisor's favour) – very generous.
• The Employed role offers a £30,000 base salary. There is a monthly validation figure to hit prior to commission, between 15% and 25%.
• The role is Mortgage Only with Protection being referred in-house. If the advisor can demonstrate a real skill in protection, a Mortgage and Protection role will be considered.
• The firm is a solid operation with no false promises that don’t materialise. This role cannot be compared to corporate Estate Agency linked Mortgage Advisory businesses; this business is very different.
• The Employed role is office based, while the Self Employed role is totally flexible (branch exposure would be beneficial to both parties).
• We are looking for CAS existing Mortgage and Protection advisors with broking experience and ideally EA exposure.
• Full PRIMIS lender and a 15-provider Protection panel are utilized by this firm — no loadings to Protection ensuring the best for the customer.
