Job Description Credit Controller

Norse Group are a multi-disciplined service provider, delivering commercial, property and care expertise through a number of partnerships across the UK.

We are currently looking to recruit a Credit Controller to join our large Finance Team, based at our Head Office in Norwich on a full-time, permanent basis.

As Credit Controller (along With The Rest Of The Team) you will manage the credit control function for the group, ensuring the collection of overdue invoices with our clients alongside:

  • Working closely with the wider Finance Team manage intercompany invoices and provide input where required into financial reporting
  • Assisting to reduce aged debt and debtor days in line with company targets whilst resolving all Credit Control and collection issues effectively
  • Holding regular ledger reviews with the Operational Teams and Finance Business Partners to elevate problematic accounts when required
Our successful candidate

Ideally you will have previous experience within a credit control or similar finance role, supported by:

  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office suites, including Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Good attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work collaboratively within small and large teams
