Mortgage Advisor - Norwich & Wroxham

PRIMIS Mortgage Network are looking to recruit an experienced Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join a well established Mortgage Advisory business that runs alongside its independent Estate Agency group. The Estate Agency business has multiple long established branches across Norfolk and is well regarded.

The mortgage business is an Appointed Representative Partner Firm (AR) of PRIMIS Mortgage Network’s Mortgage Advisory operation.

The firm is looking for a further experienced Advisor with CAS who needs a high volume and high quality lead source.

The role is either Self Employed or Employed - whichever is preferred.

The SE splits are 60% on leads provided (in the advisors favour) - very generous.

The Employed deal is to £30,000 base salary. There is a validation figure to hit monthly prior to commissions of between 15% and 25%.

The role is Mortgage Only with Protection being referred in house. If the advisor demonstrates strong protection skills, a Mortgage and Protection role will be considered.

The firm is solid with no false promises that don't materialise.

This role cannot be compared to corporate Estate Agency linked Mortgage Advisory businesses; this business is very different.

The employed role is office based, while the Self Employed role is totally flexible; branch exposure is believed to be beneficial to both parties.

We are only looking for CAS existing Mortgage and Protection advisors with broking experience and ideally EA exposure.

Full PRIMIS lender and 15 provider Protection panel is utilised by this firm – no loadings on Protection ensuring the very best for the customer.
