Sales Ledger & Credit Control
Central Norwich
9-5 pm Monday-Friday

The role- Prepare, issue, and email sales invoices across the group
- Send monthly statements and carry out credit control, including phone and written follow‑ups
- Ensure payments are received within agreed terms and resolve customer queries
- Download and input income transactions across various platforms
- Process monthly sales
- Maintain petty cash
- Produce invoice payment receipt forms
- Keep financial process documentation up to date
- Work to the month‑end deadlines
- Experience with in a similar role
- Strong IT skills, including Excel and a working knowledge of cloud‑based systems
- Excellent attention to detail and strong numeracy
- Approachable and a strong team player
