NetSuite Retail Specialist

Overview:

A retail / product-led business is seeking a Finance & Data Consultant to support improvements across reporting, data visibility, and Net Suite processes. This role will play a key part in driving better alignment between finance, operations, and supply chain.

A core focus of the role will be improving returns processes. While customer-facing elements are effective, internal tracking, reconciliation, and reporting require significant improvement, with current gaps leading to write-offs and reduced visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enhance financial reporting and FP&A processes
• Develop and improve dashboards to increase data visibility
• Review and optimise Net Suite
• Support cross-functional alignment across finance, operations, and supply chain
• Identify and resolve issues within returns, reconciliation, and inventory tracking

Required Experience:

• Strong experience in financial reporting and FP&A
• Proven background in dashboarding and data visibility improvements
• Experience working with Net Suite
• Previous experience within retail or product-based businesses
• Understanding of returns processes, stock reconciliation, and operational finance challenges
