- Manage accurate and timely accounting for financial transactions
- Prepare and review routine month‑end reports to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Reconcile and review general ledger and sub‑ledger balance sheet accounts
- Maintain compliance with Internal Control frameworks and support audit processes
- Take full ownership of franchise-specific balance sheet accounts including bonus debtors and vehicle funding
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of franchise profit and loss statements
- Investigate and resolve customer, supplier, or internal account discrepancies
- Support continuous improvements within financial processing operations
- Part‑qualified accountant (AAT, CIMA, ACA, ACCA) or equivalent experience
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively
- Excellent communication skills, capable of interacting with internal teams and external stakeholders professionally
- Attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem‑solving
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently
- Enthusiasm for ongoing learning and development within automotive finance
