About the RoleWe’re partnering with a leading organisation in the professional services sector seeking a Group Tax Analyst to join their growing Group Finance function.
This is a newly created position offering excellent exposure across group and international tax. You’ll support on a broad range of tax compliance, reporting, and project-based work, helping to drive accuracy, efficiency, and best practice as the business continues to grow internationally.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with group and entity-level tax compliance and reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Support the preparation and review of corporate tax returns and related documentation
- Collaborate with regional finance teams and external advisors to manage tax filings and payments across multiple jurisdictions
- Contribute to tax provisioning for group reporting and statutory accounts
- Monitor developments in UK and international tax legislation, assessing potential business impacts
- Support transfer pricing, VAT, and tax governance activities
- Assist with internal controls, process improvements, and automation initiatives within the tax function
- Provide analytical and project support on ad hoc tax matters, including transactions, restructuring, and risk management
- Fully qualified accounting or tax professional (ACA, ACCA, CTA or equivalent)
- Proven experience in corporate or international tax, gained in practice or an in-house environment
- Strong technical understanding of UK tax principles and group reporting
- Analytical and detail-oriented, with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset
- Confident communicator with the ability to collaborate effectively across finance and business teams
- £60,000 – £65,000 per annum, depending on experience
- Hybrid working (2–3 days in the London office)
