You will work closely with senior bankers on live buy‑side and sell‑side mandates

• Financial modelling (DCF, comparables, precedent transactions)
• Valuation analysis and financial analysis
• Preparation of pitch materials, information memoranda, and management presentations
• Market and company research within tech and media verticals
• Supporting due diligence and transaction execution
• Assisting senior team members on live M&A mandates

• Strong academic background from a leading university
• Completed 1–3 relevant internships in M&A, investment banking, corporate finance, consulting, or transaction services
• Demonstrable interest in technology and media sectors
• Solid financial modelling and analytical skills
• High attention to detail and strong written communication
• Motivated, proactive, and keen to learn in a fast‑paced environment
