Tate is seeking a Finance Manager to lead the day-to-day financial operations for a near-Hitchin estate. The role is office-based with flexible hours between 25 and 35 per week, working five days a week in the office.
Salary is 60,000–80,000 FTE, pro rata according to contracted hours and experience. Reporting to the CFO, you will manage a two-person finance team, oversee budgeting, reporting, controls and compliance, and drive continuous improvement using technology to enhance financial systems
