Corporate Tax Manager - Startups

Fram is working with a growing business that is looking to engage with a Corporate Tax Manager to support founders and early-stage companies raising investment under the EIS and SEIS regimes. The role can be based remotely or in person and offers the opportunity to specialise in one of the most entrepreneurial areas of UK corporate tax.

The role is centred on helping innovative businesses navigate the EIS and SEIS process, from assessing eligibility and preparing Advance Assurance applications through to HMRC submissions and ongoing compliance. You'll work directly with founders and management teams, providing practical guidance and helping businesses secure and maintain valuable tax reliefs as they grow.

Alongside client work, there is the opportunity to help develop the firm's EIS and SEIS capability, improve internal processes, and contribute to a business that continues to expand within the startup and venture capital market.

This may appeal to someone with experience in corporate tax who has developed practical EIS and SEIS expertise, particularly within an entrepreneurial, innovation, media, creative, or specialist tax environment.
