Financial Controller

Urgently required experienced Finance Manager / Management Accountant to oversee the day-to-day finance function and support the business with accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and financial control. This is a varied, hands-on role that combines financial management with process improvement and business partnering. This is an onsite role

Key Responsibilities Produce monthly management accounts and financial reports. Manage month-end processes, reconciliations, and cash flow reporting. Support budgeting and forecasting activities. Oversee payroll reviews, supplier payments, and statutory submissions. Assist with year-end accounts and external audits. Monitor costs, margins, and business performance. Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency. Support and guide the finance team. About You Previous experience in a Finance Manager, Management Accountant, or similar finance role.

Strong accounting and financial reporting knowleddge Good Excel and financial systems skills. Organised, proactive, and detail-focused. AAT qualified, part-qualified ACCA/CIMA,r qualified by experience.
