Atkinson Moss is partnering with a successful and expanding business just north of Norwich to recruit an ambitious Finance Manager.

This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside an experienced Finance Director in a role that has genuine long-term progression and succession planning at its heart. You will play a key role in the finance function, helping to drive performance, improve reporting, and support the continued growth of the business.

• Producing accurate and insightful monthly management accounts.
• Budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
• Analysing costs and identifying opportunities to improve profitability.
• Developing management information and enhancing financial reporting.
• Reviewing and improving finance processes and systems.
• Supporting and mentoring a small finance team.

This role would suit an established Finance Manager or a driven Management Accountant who is ready to take the next step in their career. The business is looking for someone who enjoys adding value, improving processes, and working closely with senior leadership to influence decision-making.
