Working as part of a collaborative and supportive finance team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth management of credit across a large client portfolio. You'll be responsible for investigating and resolving outstanding balances, liaising with clients and internal stakeholders, while ensuring cash is accurately collected, allocated and reconciled. What We're Looking For Previous experience within finance, accounts, shared services or another transactional finance environment.
Experience with in a high-volume environment would be highly advantageous. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to liaise professionally with both internal stakeholders and external clients via telephone and email. A naturally analytical and proactive approach, with the ability to investigate outstanding balances, identify the root cause of issues and take ownership of resolving them efficiently. Confident IT skills, including a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to work accurately when processing financial information, reconciling accounts and producing reports, ensuring data integrity at all times.
