Job Description & How to Apply Below
Working within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment, you'll gain exposure to senior leadership while developing into a trusted commercial partner across the business. This role sits at the centre of financial planning, performance analysis and commercial decision support, giving you the opportunity to work closely with senior operational stakeholders to help shape budgets, forecasts and long-term business plans. Rather than simply reporting on performance, you'll be encouraged to challenge assumptions, identify opportunities and provide meaningful financial insight that supports investment decisions, operational improvements and future growth.
The position offers an excellent blend of Finance Business Partnering and FP&A, making it ideal for someone looking to build a well-rounded commercial finance career. Alongside regular interaction with senior stakeholders, you'll play an important role in improving reporting, planning processes and financial visibility across the business. You'll contribute to strategic projects, develop financial models to support investment decisions and help drive continuous improvement across the finance function.
With exceptional mentoring, genuine progression opportunities and a culture that encourages development, this role offers an outstanding platform for someone looking to accelerate their career within commercial finance. Skills Needed Finalist or newly qualified, with a strong grounding in management accounting, FP&A or commercial finance. Experience producing budgets, forecasts, financial models and meaningful variance analysis. Confident partnering with senior non-finance stakeholders and presenting financial information in a clear and commercial way.
A proactive mindset with the confidence to challenge, influence decisions and continuously improve reporting and processes. What You Will Receive A genuine Finance Business Partner role with significant exposure to senior leadership and strategic decision-making. The opportunity to influence budgeting, forecasting, investment decisions and long-term business planning. Broad exposure to FP&A, commercial analysis, financial modelling and business transformation projects. Outstanding mentoring, structured career development and clear progression within an established commercial finance function.
Hybrid working, an excellent city centre office and a comprehensive benefits package within a business renowned for investing in its people. Summary This is an exceptional opportunity for a finalist or newly qualified accountant looking to move into a true Finance Business Partner position where commercial insight is valued as highly as technical ability. If you're looking for a role that offers visibility, influence and the opportunity to help shape business performance while developing alongside an exceptional finance team, please apply now.
