Salary Comp Term Perm Location Swaffham , Norfolk Pure are pleased to be working with this successful sme based near Swaffham, who are looking to appoint their lead finance role within the business. This is a family run, profitable business whose values truly underpin how they operate, both internally and externally. As Finance Manager, you will report directly to the CEO and be a key member of the Senior Management Team.

The role of Finance Manager will oversee the financial aspects of their operations ensuring the business has accurate and timely financial reporting and robust forecasting models.

The role holder will provide financial support to the partners of the business and the entire management team ensuring they have that financial information to control; plan and develop the business. An additional element is the oversight of operational elements including regulatory matters, internal and external audits and other ad-hoc tasks as required of such a role in a dynamic family owned company.

The finance manager will act as the commercial conscience of the company ensuring that all leaders have the financial tools that will enable them to aid decision making and fully understand the financial consequences of any actions they intend to take.

The candidate:

Ideally hold a proffesional qualification ACA/CIMA/ACCA (although QBE will be considered)
Manufacturing experience would be an advantage

Ability to lead a small team Business partnering skills commercial mindset
