An International Insurance Organisation is seeking a Tax Manager
- Risk and Governance to join its dynamic Tax team.

This is a high-impact role where you'll lead the development and enhancement of the tax risk and control framework, drive transformation initiatives, and ensure regulatory alignment across international operations.

• Lead Tax Governance: Design, maintain, and evolve the tax risk and control framework.
• Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Manage documentation and attestations for HMRC, SAO, CCO, and more.
• Drive Transformation: Collaborate with Tax Technology to automate and improve processes using AI and emerging tech.
• Engage Stakeholders: Partner across Finance, IT, Legal, and Risk, and liaise with external advisors and regulators.
• Champion Operational Excellence: Support change programmes and promote a high-quality, low-surprise control environment.

• Proven experience in tax risk management, governance, or controls.
• Strong understanding of UK tax regulations and global tax frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills to translate complex tax concepts for non-tax audiences.

• Salary: Up to £95,000
• Pension: 5% employee contribution with a 10% company contribution
