  • Ensuring compliance with IFRS and group accounting policies, particularly around IFRS 15, lease accounting, impairment and pensions
  • Oversight of tax compliance (corporation tax, RDEC, VAT) and liaison with external tax advisors
  • Leading month-end close and reviewing key balance sheet and journal entries
  • Reviewing group IFRS reporting deliverables and internal controls (including JSOX)
  • Partnering with offshore finance teams to ensure smooth operational finance processes (P2P, O2C, GL, treasury)
  • Supporting treasury, FX, and cash flow forecasting activity
  • Contributing to finance transformation projects, systems changes, and integration work
  • Advising on transfer pricing, bids, and due diligence for new client or internal initiatives
About You
  • ACA / CA qualified with 3-5 years post-qualified experience
  • Audit trained (Big 4 or top-tier practice)
  • Deep technical knowledge of IFRS and experience preparing statutory accounts
  • Strong grasp of UK corporation tax, VAT, and international tax principles
  • Confident working with offshore teams and managing across cross-functional finance areas
  • Strong Excel and analytical skills; SAP experience a plus
  • Able to work autonomously and adapt to ambiguity in a fast-moving environment
  • A collaborative communicator with experience engaging senior stakeholders

We are seeking candidates available immediately or with up to one month’s notice.

This is an excellent opportunity to take on a broad and influential role in a multinational finance environment, offering real variety and exposure across technical accounting, compliance, and operational finance.
