Atkinson Moss is working with an established financial services business in Norwich who are looking for an Administrator to join their team.
This is a financial services administration and operations role. You’ll be involved in areas such as ISA administration, transfers, dividends, client accounts and reconciliations, with a strong focus on accuracy and ensuring everything is processed correctly.
There’s a good mix of processing, checking and administration involved, so we’re looking for someone who is highly organised, comfortable working with numbers and has some previous financial services experience.
You don’t need to have done exactly this role before, and the company is happy to support you in developing your knowledge and working towards your Level 3 CISI qualification.
Responsibilities will include:
* Processing ISA subscriptions, dividends and transfers
* Managing client accounts, including closures, conversions and re-registrations
* Completing daily checks and reconciliations
* Supporting with ISA
10 reporting and client valuation packs
* Calculating client fees
* Responding to client and regulatory requests
* Supporting with Corporate Actions
* Providing cover and support across the wider team when required
* Keeping up to date with relevant regulatory and market developments
We’re looking for someone with at least one year’s experience within financial services, ideally with some knowledge of investments, client assets, ISA administration or financial services operations.
You’ll be:
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Confident working with numbers and financial information
* Analytical and methodical
* Able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
* A good communicator and team player
* Proactive and able to use your own initiative
* Adaptable and keen to develop your knowledge and skills
Benefits
* Private healthcare – currently provided by Bupa
* 10% employer pension contribution with a minimum employee contribution of 2.5%
* Death in Service cover of 4 times your basic salary
* Spouse/Dependant’s Pension benefit
* Annual discretionary bonus – typically around 8–10% of salary, depending on company performance
* Permanent Health Insurance, providing an income of up to two-thirds of basic salary, subject to the policy terms
This is a great opportunity to join an established financial services business, develop your experience and continue working towards professional qualifications with the support of the company.
