Keeler Recruitment is partnering with an established and growing business to recruit a Finance Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced finance professional seeking a flexible, part-time role within a collaborative and forward-thinking organisation.

Taking ownership of the finance function, you will play a key role in supporting the leadership team with both operational and strategic financial management. Working alongside a Finance Assistant, you will ensure the smooth running of financial activities while providing valuable insight to support business performance and future growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing the day-to-day finance function and ensuring financial processes run efficiently
• Producing monthly management accounts and delivering meaningful financial reporting
• Monitoring cash flow and overseeing banking and payment activities
• Leading budgeting and forecasting processes across the business
• Managing payroll and ensuring compliance with VAT requirements
• Providing financial analysis and commercial insight to support decision-making
• Reviewing financial controls and identifying opportunities for process improvement
