You've got the degree. Now it's time to decide what comes next.
Whether you've recently graduated or you've had your degree for a few years but feel like you're not yet making the most of it, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for.
Maybe you graduated and took a job in retail, hospitality, customer service or another sector while figuring out your next move. Now you're ready to turn your degree, skills and potential into a professional career with recognised qualifications, clear progression and serious earning potential.
In just 16 weeks, we'll take you through an intensive training programme designed to give you the knowledge, skills and qualifications needed to begin your career as a Mortgage Adviser.
Your CeMAP qualification is fully funded by Haysto, meaning you'll gain an industry-recognised professional qualification without having to fund further study yourself.
You’ll receive:

We're looking for people who:

Earnings & Salary Progression:
- During your 16-weeks of training £26,000 salary
- Once qualified as a Mortgage Adviser, your basic salary increases to £30,000
Achieve Competent Adviser Status and meet your performance targets:
- Your basic salary increases again to £35,000.00
And that's just the beginning:
- Top Performers earn £100,000+
Alongside your training and career development, you'll receive:
- 36 days' holiday per year, including your birthday off
- Company share scheme
- Pension
Working Hours:
- Friday's 9AM - 5PM.
- You must also be available to work weekends on a rota.
Due to the intensive nature of the Academy, annual leave cannot be taken during the initial 16-week training period.
No mortgage experience required. We'll give you the training, qualification and support - you bring the ambition.
