Norwich City Council is seeking a Housing Officer to join the Estate Management team. You will deliver inspections, walk-abouts and guidance to help tenants sustain tenancies and maintain a safe neighbourhood.
You will work with tenants, residents and council colleagues to deliver estate improvements, health checks and contract oversight, ensuring responsive service delivery and adherence to policy and legislation.
