Role Overview
Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital is seeking an experienced Band 6 or 7 Physiotherapist to support their acute hospital services on a short-term locum basis.
This position requires a confident clinician with strong acute rehabilitation and discharge planning experience, able to manage a varied caseload and work effectively within a fast-paced multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver specialist physiotherapy assessment and treatment within an acute hospital setting
Support patients through acute rehabilitation pathways to promote safe and effective recovery
Contribute to complex discharge planning and ensure timely patient flow
Work closely with the MDT, including Occupational Therapists, Nurses, and Social Workers
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Essential Requirements
HCPC-registered Physiotherapist
Experience working at Band 6 or 7 level within an acute NHS hospital
Broad clinical skills across acute rehab and discharge pathways
Able to work independently and adapt within a busy hospital environment
Fully compliant with NHS agency standards prior to submission

Parking:
There is no onsite parking available, except for unsocial hours. Public transport is encouraged.
