🚀 Role overview

We are seeking a qualified Pharmacy Technician to support the delivery and growth of our services alongside broader pharmacy operations. This role plays a key part in managing daily patient consultations while ensuring safe, accurate, and compliant dispensing practices. The successful candidate will operate in a fast-paced environment, balancing consultation delivery with operational responsibilities to ensure high-quality patient care and service efficiency.

🚀 Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver consultations in line with service protocols and 24-hour turnaround standards.
  • Support safe and accurate dispensing of medication in compliance with SOPs and NHS requirements.
  • Prepare, label, and process prescriptions with high attention to detail.
  • Maintain accurate patient documentation and confidentiality at all times.
  • Manage workload effectively within a fast-paced environment.
  • Escalate clinical queries appropriately and work collaboratively with the pharmacy team.

Requirements Essential
  • NVQ3 (Level
    3) Pharmacy Technician qualification (or equivalent).
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a community pharmacy setting.
  • Experience with dispensing processes and patient-facing responsibilities.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence handling sensitive conversations.
  • Ability to work accurately in a structured, high-volume environment.
  • Basic IT proficiency and experience using pharmacy dispensing systems.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
Desirable
  • Experience delivering NHS clinical services.
  • Accuracy Checking Technician (ACT) qualification.
  • CPPE communication training.
