Peripatetic Clinical Team Administrator

Role Overview

This vacancy is to provide administrative services for our Norwich Daycare Team within HMP Norwich and to be available for cover to other services within the Integrated Mental Health and Justice Pathway Team. The Daycare Team consists of Mental Health Nurses, Occupational Therapists and others who provide a support service for those prisoners who are struggling with mental health difficulties.

• The successful candidate will work with the Integrated Mental Health and Justice Pathway Administration Team providing ongoing day‑to‑day administrative processes and assist the team to continually refine and improve the service offered.
• The post holder will carry out tasks for the Integrated Mental Health and Justice Pathway team, covering the day‑to‑day administrative needs for the team and the processes that support the service. This may include use of Prison and Trust electronic patient record systems and other data collection as required for KPIs.
• The post holder works under the supervision of the Senior Clinical Team Administrator.

• Very organised, with experience in administrative settings.
• Knowledge of healthcare/ the NHS is desirable.
