Altogether Care LLP is seeking a Care and Support Worker to provide in-home support across the Winton area. You will travel between clients, delivering compassionate personal care, daily tasks support, and encouragement to maintain independence.
The role offers flexible hours (full-time or part-time) with weekend options. A driving licence and access to a vehicle are required, with induction and ongoing training provided.
