The purpose of this role is to ensure the highest level of care, support and wellbeing is delivered to our clients by meeting physical, health, social and emotional needs (in line with the care plan) and adhering to Prestige Nursing & Care policies, procedures and values at all times.

What our client is looking for:

Prestige Nursing & Care are looking for Complex Care Assistants to support our service users across Norwich and the surrounding areas.

At Prestige Nursing & Care, we provide high-quality, person-centred care to individuals with complex health needs, supporting them to remain safe and independent within their own homes.

We are looking for compassionate and dedicated carers with previous care experience to support individuals with a range of complex clinical needs, which may include spinal injury and autonomic dysreflexia, PEG feeding, tracheostomy care, medication administration and mobility support.

Full training and client-specific training will be provided where required, giving you the opportunity to further develop your clinical skills within a supportive and nurse-led environment.

• A full UK driver’s licence
• You have the right to work in the UK (we do not offer any form of Sponsorship)
• Experience is required for this role.
