Care Assistant – One Location, Real Impact!

Daisy Hill Court, Westfield View, Eaton

Part‑time – 15 hours per week

£13.26 – £14.56 per hour (enhanced pay for evenings & weekends)

Daisy Hill Court comprises of 58 one and two bedroom Retirement Living PLUS apartments, situated in Eaton, on the edge of Norwich. Designed specifically for the over 70s, the development includes a beautiful landscaped garden and communal lounge.

You will be working a mix of early shifts, and late shifts, including alternate weekends.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Supporting residents with daily domestic tasks like appointments, light cleaning, laundry and shopping
  • Assisting with social activities and wellbeing routines
  • Promoting independence, dignity, and community engagement
  • Supporting with individual care packages

Who We’re Looking For
  • Experience:

    1+ year in a UK health and social care role preferred,
  • Qualification:

    Level 2 QCF in Health and Social Care (Adults) is a plus, but not essential.
  • Personality:
    Caring, dependable, and passionate about supporting older adults
  • Location:

    Living within commuting distance of the development.
